Mens Slip-Ons Shoes

Slip-on shoes are a type of shoe that doesn't usually have any laces or a tongue. You simply slip your foot into the shoe. Depending on where you live, this type of shoe is also known as "slippers". Slip-on shoes are usually worn in and around the house as a form of comfort and protection without wearing your regular shoes indoors.

The term "slipper" was coined over 500 years ago as a way to describe this type of shoe, you just "slip it on your foot". Today, slippers come in all different colors, types and sizes. Some of them have cartoon characters, some of them are shaped like different things (pumpkins, rabbits, sports team logos). Some of them are made for comfort, while others are made for durability and outdoor use.

In Japan, slippers became very popular because it's respectful to take your shoes off when you enter somebody's home. Slippers were a quick and easy way to honor this, while still being able to quickly and easily remove and put on their shoes.

It doesn't matter where you come from, slippers do serve a wonderful purpose from comfort to ease to fashion.
